Curling Ice  First and foremost, the Kamloops Curling Club boasts eight sheets of top quality curling ice. Dressing rooms and equipment rentals are available. For less than a round of golf, a day on the ski hill, a night of bowling, a game of hockey, or a night at the movies, you can take your friends or staff out for an evening of curling. Let us help you organize your event. Our professional icemaker will prepare as many sheets of ice as you require. Sliders and brooms are available for rent at a nominal cost. All you have to do is bring a pair of clean shoes (not worn outside) and a pair of comfortable pants. After the game, socialize with us in the fireside lounge located upstairs!  Fireside Lounge Come in anytime and relax in our street-level fireside lounge. Watch live curling or your favorite sports event on the big screen TV. Play darts, enjoy a game of pool or shuffleboard, or challenge your friends to one of our 34 Wii games. The lounge features great snacks and some of the cheapest spirits in the city!  Pro Shop The Pro Shop carries the best selection in town of brand name curling equipment! All the best names: Asham, Olson, Balance Plus, Performance, and NEW this year GOLDLINE. Come on in and let us help you with your curling needs - shoes, gloves, sliders/grippers, brooms, stopwatches, delivery sticks as well as the latest in men’s and women’s curling apparel are all competitively priced. If we don’t have exactly what you want, we can special order it! Support your club by shopping in your club!   Cafeteria/Kitchen/Bar The professional staff in our full-time kitchen provide daily meal specials and a regular menu at our ice-level cafeteria. Food service is available for banquets, meetings, or curling events. Our staff will be happy to work with you to create exactly the right menu for your special function.   Banquet Rooms/Full-Licensed Lounge The air conditioned KCC Banquet Room seats up to 180 people and offers a large dance floor and built-in sound system for your special through April - September. The fully licensed lounge and catering services are available if required. You may qualify for a special room rate if you choose us to also cater your event.  Cy Glover Meeting Room The level entry ‘Cy Glover’ room seats up to 40 people in a classroom setting. Great for meetings or small dinner functions. Full service bar and catering is available. Large Event Space At the conclusion of the curling season (the end of March) the ice of the Kamloops Curling Club converts into 17000 square feet of clean concrete dry floor space suitable for tradeshows, conventions or large weddings. Maximum capacity 1900 people. A perfect size to host: We are now taking event bookings for the 2010-2011 season!
